Why this work matters to me
Hey there
I’m Lauren - Meditation Teacher, SomaSoul Somatic Therapist, Eco Therapist and Mum to toddler twins.
I know that transitions can change the ground beneath you.
Motherhood, grief, fertility journeys, burnout, ageing, identity shifts and relationship changes can ask us to meet parts of ourselves we may not have had the time, language or support to understand.
My own path through motherhood, embodiment, meditation, somatic therapy and nature-based healing has taught me that the body is not something to overcome or an obstacle. It is the doorway. A place of memory, wisdom, protection and return.
I offer this work because I believe women need spaces where they do not have to hold it all together, where their bodies are listened to, and where becoming who we are can be slow, honest and supported.
