Somatic therapy and body-led meditation for women navigating life transitions
I help women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns learn how to listen to their body and support their nervous system with greater compassion and clarity.
For the woman who is changing, becoming, grieving, remembering or beginning again
❋
Come as you are - All of you is welcome here
❋
This is a place where your body can lead and be listened to
❋
Find a slower, more compassionate and spacious kind of support

This space is for women who are
❋ Moving through a life transition or threshold ❋
You may be meeting grief, endings, beginnings, infertility, relationship changes, career shifts, burnout, perimenopause, spiritual questioning, or a quiet knowing that the way you have been living no longer fits.
❋ Finding themselves changed by motherhood ❋
Pregnancy, postpartum, early parenting, identity shifts, depletion, rage, tenderness, guilt, love, loneliness and the emotional load of caring for others. You are not failing. Your body may be asking for more support.
❋ Carrying anxiety, overwhelm or emotional intensity ❋
You may feel on edge, shut down, reactive, numb, foggy, disconnected or like your body is holding more than your mind can explain.
❋ Longing to come home to themselves ❋
Not through fixing, forcing or becoming more “regulated” as another task to perform, but through body awareness, compassion, nervous system support, nature connection and embodied presence.
❋ Ready to be met, not managed ❋
Sometimes the deepest shift begins when the parts of you that have been alone, hidden, braced or trying so hard are finally met with warmth and understanding of another human.

Blog: The Soft Ground
Why this work matters to me
Hey there!
I know that transition can change the ground beneath you.
Motherhood, grief, fertility journeys, burnout, ageing, identity shifts and relationship changes can ask us to meet parts of ourselves we may not have had the time, language or support to understand.
My own path through motherhood, embodiment, meditation, somatic therapy and nature-based healing has taught me that the body is not something to overcome or an obstacle. It is the doorway. A place of memory, wisdom, protection and return.
I offer this work because I believe women need spaces where they do not have to hold it all together. Spaces where their bodies are listened to. Spaces where the nervous system is met with patience. Spaces where becoming and emerging into who we truly are can be slow, honest and supported.

Nothing is off limits in the safe container she holds you in, and her incredible intuition and gentle inquiry makes it possible to explore all the parts of yourself. I believe that Lauren truly ‘sees’ people, and she has helped me to feel more connected and curious about myself and the natural world around me.”

“I had the opportunity to experience somatic therapy with Lauren over 7 sessions, and I can’t recommend her services highly enough. The approach is gentle, body focused yet powerful, and each session had an immediate positive impact on my everyday life. Lauren has a grounding and nurturing presence, and she guided the sessions with skill and wisdom.”
— Siina
“I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before and after becoming a mother. Two years later, I became a mother and she so beautifully and calmly held space for me and supported me on the transition that I had taken into motherhood. She validated all my feels and guided me back to my intuition of who I am. She taught valuable lessons in dealing with childhood beliefs that do not serve me now and ever. I am so grateful for my relationship with Lauren. ”
— Ash
“I absolutely love all of Lauren’s classes, she is such a beautiful soul!
I most recently joined her Women’s Embodiment classes which were a gentle and relaxing way to connect to your body and emotions. Could not recommend highly enough!”
