Online Meditation in Motion - All levels
Join Lauren for a somatic based movement meditation that deepens your connection to your felt sense and enables the flow of energy throughout your body.
In these sessions Lauren will guide you to connect with sensations of your body and express what you are feeling through free form and self determined movement to music. Movement can be done standing up, on hands and knees, sitting or lying down - let your body be the guide on the night!
These sessions are ideal for anyone who:
Wants to reconnect to their body in a gentle and compassionate way
Sits at work for most of the day
Is experiencing stress or anxiety
Wants to balance out their nervous system in a non-impositional and self driven way
Finds seated meditation challenging
Wants to become more embodied and connected to their felt sense
Wants to process emotions and feel more relaxed within their body
These classes are held via Zoom.
Time - 7pm - 7.40pm Brisbane Time
