Meditation is a powerful way to connect deeper to your inner wisdom and experience a more deeply aligned life. However, setting up a regular practice to achieve this can be hard!

Over 4 forty-five min sessions, Lauren works with the innate qualities of the feminine to craft a personalised meditation practise that will support your feminine energy.

Using a compassionate, fun and grounded approach to meditation Lauren will support you to:
• Set up a realistic meditation routine.
• Create a sacred and sensual meditation space in your home.
• Explore various styles of meditation ideal for busy minds and busy women! Including deep relaxation, visualisations, sound, affirmations and movement.
• Navigate the challenges and barriers of meditation such as managing thoughts.
• Integrate mindfulness into your everyday life so you can connect within even if you only have a few minutes!
• Use journalling and guidance/angel cards in your practice to deepen your personal journey and self-awareness.
• See and experience meditation as a light and joyful experience!

PLUS each session will include a 20 minute personally and intuitively guided meditation.

Sessions are held online via Zoom.
